What is Deepam Scheme?
Deepam Scheme List 2025: Andhra Pradesh state government has launched DIPAM scheme for women, under which free cooking gas cylinders will be provided to all the women of the state. This scheme is to benefit economically weaker women, so that they can get LPG cylinders and do not have to face financial difficulties.
DIPAM Scheme 2024 was launched by the Chief Minister of Assam state as a Diwali gift. Under this scheme, Andhra Pradesh state government will provide three free gas cylinders in a year to each beneficiary.

Objective of Deepam Scheme
The main objective of Deepam Scheme is to provide free cooking gas cylinders to the economically weaker women of Andhra Pradesh state. The scheme is meant to promote the well-being of women so that they do not use wood, coal, or other hazardous fuels in the kitchen. Under the scheme, women will get three free gas cylinders in a year. This scheme was launched by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for the welfare of women and to reduce the financial burden of families.
